Väldigt snäll och trevlig, gav bra information och förklarade vad som gjordes!

Köpte en vanlig klippning, Felicia var trevlig och pratade inte särskilt mycket, vilket jag tyckte var bra eftersom jag inte är så social. Bra service och trevlig atmosfär.

I always have a hard time finding someone that cuts short hair in a way I like, but Felicia has never disappointed me. I'm very happy to let her have free reign of my hair when I visit, because I know I will leave with fair better looking hair than when I arrived. Felicia has always treated me well and asked for my opinions on what she's doing. I always look forward to my appointments with her as she is a fun person to chat with. I'm also happy to have someone to nerd out about Halloween with. The current services... Visa mer I've had with Felicia are usually wash & cut for short hair, recently a pastel wash. One day I would like to have her color my hair as well. To sum it all up. She's awesome.

It took me some time to gather myself to write this review. I honestly liked Felicia as a person, how she treated me as a customer and her energy! But regarding my hair.. i cried as soon as i left the salon.Maybe I should have said that it is wrong and I don’t like it right away but I don’t like to hurt people’s feelings. I expected to get blue color, I got dark purple. Ok, in understand i used box color before, but if you know your work then you should know what you are doing - warn your customer or don’t even start working... Visa mer on it?!, but I was assured I will get the colour I want. Now I have green hair, even with the blue shampoo and cold water. Dead hair even with olaplex and a lot of stuff in it. Honestly I am disappointed.
