I was about to sign a deal with another company when my neighbor recommended sesol. The price was the same, so I decided to hire them for the project. I signed the papers in the end of May, and they promised to deliver it around the end of June. So far I'm extremely disappointed. You can't trust their seller, not only they don't keep their timeline, but also the solution recommended by him was wrong. It was stressful to adapt to what the installation crew told me to do afterwards. The delivery was done early July, but installation... took place a month later. During this month, the house owner is responsible to keep it safe and dry. The panels were mounted 6th of August and they produced 0 kWh of energy, because sesol can't find anyone to connect cables.
Since Skatteverket announced you can use subsidized battery for power grid balancing, I decided to use my battery with CheckWatt, but they require you to contact your installation company to sign with them. I've contacted sesol twice in this matter, and besides the usual reply from support ("we're sorry for late reply, we'll get back to you asap"), nothing else happened.
I'm planning to invest another 300k SEK next year into my solar installation, and I know it won't be with sesol!
