Don't buy here! As soon as they get your money, they ignore you. I bought Batavus Torino here. It had battery issue. The first repair did not solve the problem (50 days waiting time). The send repair (new battery) still ongoing. I have been waiting for the new battery for 3 months now. They don't want to take back the bike or provide any compensation. This is franchise, so they do whatever they want with customers. Terrible service.
