Fuji Foto Center Östermalm

They charged us 300kr for a set of 4 baby passport photos that do not fulfill the passport requirements (e.g. baby with open mouth). They spent 1’ with the baby and said they don’t want to spend more time because babies are hard to take a photo and ”these things take time”. We found this rude and disrespectful. Mentioning we came from Gothenburg with the baby for a passport appointment with the embassy didn’t seem to touch them and suggested to take the baby and go to another photo shop a few train stops away (in the rain)... Visa mer if we want to take them properly. They said we should finally pay for the photo even though they were unsure if they were ok for a passport. Overall personell was very unhelpful and unpleasant. Date: 11 September 2018
