WARNING - AVOID PROBIKE SYD I've spent + 50k USD at Probike Syd, having bought a brand new HD. After three years of frustration and "I-can't-believe-it's-true"-experiences, I've decided once and for all to end the relationship. Unfortunately, I made it three years too late. Trust me, I have too many examples evidencing their lack of competence, proactiveness, ownership, quality assurance and customer focus. NEVER AGAIN PROBIKE.
