SAS har dragit en transaktion på mitt konto som inte jag har beställt på ett flyg i lördags från chania de drog även det jag beställde en coca-cola 46kr, aldrig mer sas. jag har polisanmält händelsen.
Res aldrig med SAS om du kan undvika! Du får ingen som helst hjälp via supporten om flyget blir inställt eller försenat!!!
Reste med SAS från Arlanda till Paris idag. Incheckat bagage genomdränkt av regnvatten, kläder hänger på tork, böcker och annat förstörda .

Booked a flight to Malaga through AMEX eurobonus program. SAS changes the flight time and date several times. Flight to Malaga was delayed. Planes are ok. Our flight back was cancelled due to strikes. No customer support at all. You just wait several hours for answer with no result. Nothing happens or they just disconnect you. Impossible to reach them via phone. Chatbot does not work. Now we are not able to apply for refund. When we fill out the online form, "Sorry, something went wrong. Please try later" message apears. Very disappointed!
