Does not accept returns of defective shoes. Bought a pair of Christian Louboutin sandals here for my girlfriend, cost 7.000kr (full price). After wearing them for 2 minutes the inner sole started falling off! Sent photos to the store: they replied asking me to send photos! So I sent more, and more (they wanted photos of every part of the shoe), after a week no reply, sent multiple reminders, and finally: no, the store refuses to accept a return and claimed that the damage was due to excessive wear, after 2 minutes use!... Visa mer Stockholm's best shoe repair service were not able to repair the inner sole, they told me the shoe's defective. I buy a LOT of shoes, but will never buy from Savannah's again, better to buy directly from the manufacturer. Otherwise you are throwing your money away, because if the shoe is defective, Savannah's sure won't take care of it.
