Extremely bad service, both on the spot in Val Thorens by their guides, and also from their office. They owe us money but ignore our calls and emails.
Horrible company with very poor quality and no customer service what so ever.

- In our apartment, the pipes were clogged, water ran out on the floors
- The standard of the rooms were way below minimum
- All apartments had dishwashers, but ours didn't
- We were promised WIFi, but there was none, not even in the reception
- lots of dirt everywhere. When we were to clean before checking out, some areas looked as if they had not been cleaned in months. I attached an image of a shelf that I wiped (see attached... ing)

- Mie was not the most helpful person. We got the keys but before she had told us which room/floor was ours, she had left (it didn't say on the keys which room they belonged to)
- Mie had told us we didn't need a voucher to pick up our ski rentals. That was wrong as everyone needed a voucher and we had to call her each time to arrange this. This happened to all of us.
- The skis we rented were not equivalent to the ski packages we had paid for
- We got different ski packages: people with different levels and different packages, still got the same skis. The staff did not explain why
- Broken bathroom door that couldn't be closed without being locked in
- Only one towel
- No duvet cover came with my bed sheets
- Checkout at 9AM
- Dusty shelves (see photo)
- No possibility to store luggage somewhere safe until departure (anyone could walk in/out in the sports centre)
- No cleaning utilities
- Out first room was that dusty, that I got an allergic reaction within half an hour. Mie was very unhelpful when we asked to change to a less dirty room. She found it hard to understand why and didn't listen to us. Eventually she agreed on letting us change room.
- The guide Mie was beneath all criticism. She didn't explain things very well, and lied about things.
- Everyone was promised a lift pass the day before their first ski day. Mie told us however that we could not get ours and had to wait until the same day. She kept on giving us strange reasons and even though we told her that we could come to her, her go and pick it up ourselves, she refused. Eventually she admitted that she was not in Val Thorens but at the airport, and therefore could not give us our lift passes. After speaking to you at the office she called us back and said she would fix it for us later that day.

- Our bathtub was clogged water level rose quickly when taking a shower.
- Very unorganized travel agency
- None of the keys to the ski lockers we got worked
- We had to call Mie 3 times before someone came to look at our fridge which was not working
- Broken zink in the bathroom which was leaking water
- A lot of international expensive phone calls to Mie because of lack of direction to the ski rental place, and general information
