I bought an S500 in 2019, a mpnth later i had issues with the air suspension an, went there and nothing happened. I took the case with ARN as they said they would fix the car but no responsibility was taken during 2019. 2020 they sent me money to repair it however I still have to pay the loan, the insurance, the parts and the towing of the car to the place to get fixed. They paid me the offert of Mekonomen, but no more, and that's because I took them to ARN. Now I am requesting a copy of the contract, lets see how long it takes for them to send me a copy of my contract to enrique.vega@ornskoldsvik.se I sincerely do not recommend this company because I truly feel they are selling cars and in no good condition, and when problems arrive they do not deal with them seriously.
