Wish I’d read reviews online. My shopping experience with Jotex is so bad you would believe I’d made it up. The product arrived damaged and dirty. I contacted CS and sent images etc. They took ages to get in touch that by that time I heard from them weeks later, I had covid and was hospitalised. They offered a pathetic smidge of a discount if I kept the product. Then told me if I didn’t like the discount that I would have to arrange the return myself. I explained that as I was extremely ill and contagious that I would not be able to organise the return of the product and that they should send DHL to collect. They refused and instead recommended that I ask my neighbour (who is dying of cancer) to come round and sort out the return on my behalf. In the end I had to leave the product outside my home and had to pay someone to return the product for me. I urge everyone to deeply consider if they really need to shop from Jotex and if they can avoid it at all costs then all the better for their mental health in the future. Awful approach and a lack of consideration for health, safety, customer service etc. They sent a damaged and dirty product in the first place and took zero responsibility for their mistake.
