All in all, I was rather disappointed with my experience with Axon Profil. The items I wanted were not available when I asked for a quote (despite them being listed as available on the website), and as such, I was offered replacement items at a greater cost. Though after I asked, AxonProfile offered me a small discount on my order, this felt a bit strange during the ordering process. Only after I had placed my order did the company tell me that my items were not available for production directly, and I ended up having to wait more than a month for some of them to ship. While the quality of the products was ok, I would not be inclined to order again from Axon Profil after this experience.

Hello Timothy, I am sorry to hear that you are not happy with our service. Giving great service is our top priority so I apologize that you have not received such in your case. Unfortunately, the stock levels are a bit unpredictable at the moment as we experience very high sales in combination with low stock levels. The low stock levels are mainly a result of the logistical problems in the wake of the pandemic. All this unfortunately cause some products to sell out during the quote phase or delay the delivery somewhat. I am sorry for this and I hope that you give us a second chance in the future.
