The service provided prior to the move and on the day of the move was very good. Unfortunately after everything was taken from the apartment, I could not get in touch with the company. Tried calling, sending emails but got no reply. If not the fact that the company was recommended to us by our friends I would be worried about our belongings and if we will ever see them again.

I want to assure you that we take good care of your belongings. If you have specific reasons for your concern, I would be happy to hear them, as they are not evident in your correspondence.
By the end of February, our customer service was under significant strain due to a high volume of phone calls and tasks, resulting in our inability to address all inquiries simultaneously. At that time, only two individuals were handling customer support, and they were also responsible for pickups. Despite these challenges, my colleague endeavored to respond to your inquiry regarding the rental invoice. Regrettably, we were unable to reach you at that time since you were busy, and unfortunately, your return call did not occur. We assumed everything was satisfactory when the invoice was paid, but in retrospect, we realize we should have confirmed with you directly. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.
