Hi, In general, I'm quite satisfied. I didn't have any experience before, but all information I received have been relevant and important during the process. Relationship was respectful from the time of apartment showing going onwards. However, I was negatively surprised situation, when I won the bidding late afternoon, and since I couldn't sign the contract in next 2h as I needed additional day to settle formal bank approval, broker was immediately called other party in bidding process to push for higher bid. I think that was not fair process, but, I suppose, that's how the things work along the process. BR, Aleksandar
