Ordered a Canon printer which started to have problems with the feed rollers after ca.20 pages of printing. Was told by Canon after troubleshooting over the phone that it had defective feed rollers and to contact the dealer for a return. 123ink approved the return verbally and then denied having any record of it when I contacted them a few weeks later. The agent had assured me that everything would be connected to my email account and it would be no problem as he had approved the return. 47 emails! later and having sent the printer in for 'troubleshooting' by 123 ink only to have them tell me there is no problem and charge me for the return. The printer is still malfunctioning. I sent video evidence and they want me to send it in again with no garuantee of getting my money back. This has been the worst customer service experience I have ever had with a company.
