I recently had the unfortunate experience of engaging with Financify, specifically with their accountant, S. Yar Ali. Regrettably, my encounter with this company was marred by unprofessional conduct and subpar services. I feel compelled to share my experience to alert others considering their services.

Despite my explicit inquiries about their practices, fees, and timeframes, I received no clear response or information. However, the situation quickly escalated and became even more disappointing. S, Y Ali, the accountant representing Financify, exhibited a complete disregard for professionalism and respect. Not only did he send offensive messages over the phone when I tried to ask questions about his service, but he also went as far as blocking me, preventing any opportunity for open communication and resolution. Such behavior is entirely unacceptable and demonstrates a severe lack of professionalism and customer service.
Moreover, the quality of the work provided by Financify was abysmal. The tax declaration, which I entrusted to them, was riddled with errors and inaccuracies. This resulted in wasted time, additional expenses, and a considerable amount of stress and frustration on my part. It is disheartening to witness such a lack of attention to detail and competence in their work.
Attempts to address these issues were met with dismissive and unprofessional behavior. Their disrespectful attitude and unresponsiveness throughout our interaction were utterly disappointing. He won't take my calls and i would text him he would respond with: I don't have time for your stories, then he would block me, when I contacted him via email he unblock me to send offensive and unprofessional rude messages.
Furthermore, I was deeply disturbed by the racist comments made by S.Y Ali. Such behavior is not only offensive but also reveals a complete disregard for basic human decency and respect. It is absolutely unacceptable for any professional to engage in such offensive and discriminatory conduct.
In light of my experience, I strongly advise against utilising the services of Financify. Their unprofessionalism, subpar services, dismissive attitude, and offensive behavior have left me thoroughly disappointed.
