Beställt en altandörr i brunt inkl installation. Fick precis en sådan dörr jag ville ha. Monteringen gick smidigt. Mycket trevligt och professionellt bemötande från säljare och installatör.

No problem with Pär (or Leo) themselves, as it looks like they are trying their best.
My main problem is that it obviously feels like the communication between Elitfönster and Elitfönster på plats doesn't work at all.
I had a reclamation on the windows installed (missing options from the factory, windows not opening). It has been 3 months I'm waiting for an option that I paid for, and no one can fix my problem.
Elitfönster says it's not their problem (to me) and tells me to contact På plats. På plats tells me they don't have the proper information and follow up on what's happening to fix my issue, and they told someone to tell the delivery company to call me (they have both of my numbers, got no calls). They are blaming the delivery company, but i'm unable to have the information on who they are, and the follow up number.
I don't trust Elitfönster to actually take responsabilities towards their 5/10 years warranty, if they are not even capable of fixing an issue that's happening less than a day after installation.
And it doesn't look like På plats can help me as well.
