Back in 2015 I paid for 4 hours of "storstädning" but the 2 girls that came over only performed very superficial cleaning (except for cleaning the oven, which they apparently had no intention of doing until I specifically requested it). They announced they were leaving after only 1,5 hour, and when I reminded them that I'd paid for 4 hours, they claimed they were done and left anyway. On top of this, one of the girls was pretty disrespectful at one point commenting on the state of the apartment. EXTREMELY unhappy with the unprofessional service.
