Hej, I was looking for an apartment to buy in Mölndal area since a long time. My first preference was ground floor looking at different conditions and family situation currently and expecting. While looking at different website I came across this appartment in bifrost area in Mölndal which was already on the bidding when I came across. However, it was late in the evening and I called the agent but she didn't pick up so I left a voice msg.Few minutes later I received a call back where I showed my interest and got information about the appartment. Since I wanted to be on the list I immediately bid for the appartment before seeing it. Somehow, I had so much trust in her (even before meeting). We set a date to meet and I appreciate her so much that despite her daughters birthday she make out some time and we met for the first time and I had a visit to the apartment before I finalize it. It was very straightforward for me to choose as it was ground floor and I had not had to stretch a lot for my loans as well. Let's say everything falls in place when stars are aligned. Once we finalize, the contract signng date was set. I met with the seller for the first time (what a wonderful family). We singed all the papers and it was waiting for "Tillträdesdagen". Everything went smoothly on that day with signing final papers and bank transfer. Overall, it was lovely to do business with her. I am sure I will do my future deals with her whenever possible.
