Ellos - cheating customers!! Never make purchases here!! Never make purchases here!!! I made a purchase on the 5th Apr and the delivery time was 4-6 business days. On the 20th Apr I contacted client service and told I haven't received my order yet (the status in the order is still showing 'being prepared' and haven't been sent out). Ellos advised to wait 1 more week for package to arrive, which I did. On the 29th Apr I received email saying I haven't collected my order and it has been returned to the shop. The total value of the order was 999 sek and I had discount code, so I paid 599. In the email I was told I have been charged 199 for not collecting the package and 400 kr going to be returned. Needless to say I NEVER saw the package, nor received messages from PostNord regarding delivery. Contacted client service today and they told the product has been sold out and the discount I used won't be returned to me either! AWFUL client service and UNRELIABLE shop!
