Hallucinating experience! Bought a refundable TAROM flight ticket from travellink.se. Cancelled the ticket and asked for a refund. Got informed by travellink.se that the ticket was not refundable. Really? Asked the airline about that and they officially confirmed the opposite. Got back to travellink and provided them with the fare's condition (as sent to me by the airline). Got 3 reactions to that: Two of them continued to say that the ticket was not refundable. One agreed to pay 80 euros, instead of 208 euros. (CASE-2023-10314893) Not sure if they are professional thieves, or the most unprofessional travel agents on Earth.
