The first point of contact or the sales person. Our contact was Ms. Fanny, we had a very bad experience with her. Since the company policy is to 100% payment in advance, we kind of had no option but to pay 1 month extra storage since Sales person never booked our collection date correctly. They are very slow is response. Although my experience with the trucking and delivery guys was very good. They really did the job good. And only because of their hard work and dedication these 2 stars.
