Bought a bed canopy for my daughter’s bed. It was supposed to come with glow-in-the dark stars but when I got the product, the stars needed to be attached with tiny little square stickers that didn’t stick. All 100 stars basically fell off the canopy within a day or two. Worse even, 50% of the stars didn’t glow. I requested a better quality repkacement of both stars and stickers but was offered the same ones or 20% refund. I complained further that I couldn’t do much with the canopy without the appropriate stickers or glueing of the stars as well as stars that actually glowed. On top of this the communication was extremely tiresome with several emails from Fyndiq that seemed like they were mocking me. This was probably a consequence a communicating with the Chinese seller who was using an automatic translator. I asked for a full refund but the seller insisted on replacing with the same poor quality product. Would not recommend this webpage for any purchases.
