Their sales people are straight up lying to sell their services. I was told the personal deductible in case of damage is X amount. They forced me to pay Y. Next year, I tried to cancel my subscription and they tricked me by saying that the policy changes and now you'll never have to pay more than X amount. Another problem appeared and they asked Y amount again... Trick me once, shame on you. Trick me twice, shame on me.
