I want to share my negative experience with Verbal, a company I no longer trust. My subscription plan was supposed to start in 2025, but I was incorrectly charged in July 2024. To make matters worse, Verbal sent my case to a collection company despite admitting their mistake. This has caused me significant stress and inconvenience. I’ve made multiple attempts to resolve the issue by speaking with Elias from Verbal, but despite my persistence, nothing was done to fix the problem. Verbal even admitted to the incorrect charge but failed to take any real action. When I requested to cancel my relationship with Verbal, they refused, stating that I must pay for the entire contract period, even though they had already charged me incorrectly. This is completely unacceptable. I can’t recommend Verbal to anyone due to their dishonest billing practices and unhelpful customer service. If you’re considering doing business with them, beware—you may face similar issues.
