My experience with EnFlytt has been overall very positive. The customer service has paid a lot of attentions on our needs and requests adapting their offer to our necessities. The service is fast and well done, I had to move around 12 m3 of forniture and boxes, from north to south (about 9h driving). I would suggest it to friends and family without a doubt. A couple of minor points that maybe are worth mentioning: - after signing the contract, the communication coming from the company lacks slightly. You, as client, need to actively get in contact with them to know the time of the pick up and if everything is ready for the moving. - the pick up time has been changed last minute (for me it was not a problem but it can be under different circumstances) - the sofa got a couple of stains because it was not wrapped in any type of fabric or plastic to prevent it to get dirty during the move (I had to clean all the sofa covers when arrived to the new place, fortunately the stains got washed away)
