Travel insurance: Bedbugs are part of the insurance, I had to throw away my clothes and change place, but surprisingly my claim my declined. The ongoing lost item claim: I was being asked the questions again and again, which could be from the beginning be saved on the claim report. When asked for advice, the answers were like generated by AI, not answering my question but asking the questions again.
